Long-term Course / Internship Programmes (3 months)

We are excited to introduce our long-term course on Pneumatics and Hydraulics.

Course: Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems โ€“ Advanced Level

Duration: 12 weeks (4 to 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

Course Dates:

  1. 19-01-2026 to 10-04-2026
  2. 20-04-2026 to 10-07-2026
  3. 20-07-2026 to 09-10-2026

Eligibility: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science streams) or Two years of experience in the field

Course fee: Rs. 30000/- + 5400/- (18% GST) = 35400/-

Note: You may pay the fees in three installments.

1st instalment: Rs. 11800/- (at the time of joining)

2nd instalment: Rs. 11800/- (at the beginning of the 5th week)

3rd instalment:  Rs. 11800/- (at the beginning of the 8th week)

Week 11Soft skills: Communication, Leadership, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving and decision-making, Emotional intelligence, Team building, Time management, and Stress management
Week 12Optional: (1) small project work or (2) Fitting, assembly, and testing of pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Attendance: Min. 80%                                                                  

Assessment: Continuous evaluation

– For an on-site or corporate course for around 20 participants, the training charge will be Rs. 16000/- + GST per day. The requesting company must also bear the actual accommodation, food, airfare, and transportation charges for our faculty to and from Bangalore.

Brief Course Content and Eligibility

1 | Pneumatic Controls – Basic Level (5 days)

Course Content: Compressed air generation and preparation, Pneumatic actuators, maintenance, symbols, Pure pneumatic single-actuator circuits with directional control valves, flow control valves, roller valves, logic valves, timers, two-hand safety block, pressure sequence valves, and counters. [This is a practical-based course]

Eligibility: Individuals who are interested in learning about fluid power.

2 | Industrial Hydraulics โ€“ Basic Level (6 days)

Course Content: Fundamentals, symbols, hydraulic fluids, filters, reservoirs, pumps, pressure relief valves, actuators, directional control valves, flow control valves, pressure control valves, accumulators, seals, fluid conductors, maintenance, and safety. [This is a practical-based course]

Eligibility: Individuals who are interested in learning about fluid power.

3 | Electro-pneumatics and Automation  (5 days)

Course Content: Solenoid valves, symbols, single-actuator electro-pneumatic circuits with PBs, relays, latching, memory function, electronic timers, limit switches, proximity sensors, reed switches, pressure switches, and counters. [This is a practical-based course.]

Eligibility: Individuals who are interested in learning about fluid power

4 | Advanced Pneumatics (2 days)

Course Content: Multi-actuator circuit development using the Cascade method, the Shift register method, and Stepper modules with simulation and limited practical

Eligibility: Completion of the course at Sl No. 1

5 | Advanced Electro-pneumatics (3 days)

Course Content: Multi-actuator circuit development using the Cascade method, the Shift Register method with simulation and practical

Eligibility: Completion of the course at Sl No. 3

6| Programmable Logic Controller (OMRON) with Pneumatic (or Hydraulic) Applications (5 days)

Course Content: Hardware and software aspects of PLC, Programming with NO, NC, coil, timer, set, reset, and counter commands with pneumatic (or hydraulic) and general applications. [This is a practical-based course.]

Eligibility: Individuals who are interested in learning about fluid power

7 | Advanced Hydraulics (5 days)

Course Content: Hydrostatic Transmission Systems (HSTs), Load sensing systems, Proportional valves, Servo valves, and Cartridge valves. [Note: Only theoretical inputs will be given]

Eligibility: Completion of the course at Sl No. 2

8 | Design of Pneumatic Systems (2 days)

Course Content: Sizing of pneumatic components and conductors

Eligibility: Completion of the course at Sl No. 1

9 | Design of Industrial Hydraulic Systems (4 days)

Course Content: Sizing of hydraulic components and conductors

Eligibility: Completion of the course at Sl No. 2

10 | Tracing and Interpreting Hydraulic Circuits (5 days)

Course Content: Symbols, study of typical conventional hydraulic circuits, HST circuits, variable-displacement pump circuits, load sensing circuits, cartridge valve circuits, tracing of industrial and mobile hydraulic circuits

Eligibility: Practical knowledge of hydraulic components and symbols

Day-time Courses: 9.30 am to 4.30 pm

Evening Courses: 6 pm to 9 pm

Weekend Courses: 9.30 am to 4.30 pm
